No point in talking facts with you. Comparing third class LG displays with Samsung ones can't be more hilarious.
But as I always say, good things aren't for everyone. So if you are happy with your premium quality LG display please stick with them.

Profit because reduced shipment volume. If they had more than what they could sell, they'd be at a loss

I know more than enough what I am talking about, you need to do some basic studies it seems.what are u talking about lg displays are relly good ..better than those fragile made by sammy wich cant survive to a blackout...by the way on mobile devices my g2 has an amazing 1080p panel and i have no problems using it..sorry but u are wrong.

LG has been doing the wrong thing again & again. LG mobiles like G2, G3, & G4 are excellent devices but LG is not Apple or for that matter Samsung who are cash rich. So, LG has to take a different approach by pricing devices like G4 below 450$ or so which is a really sweat spot for the majority of the customers. Coz LG would launch its flagships @around 650$ or so & subsequently reduce for around 450$ only. So its missing the majority of the crowd at initial levels itself. Wake up LG & price your devices too competitively I'm sure you can turn around like Motorola. I Love LG as a brand & their mobiles are of very good quality.

It is very hard for premium line ups to compete in this day and age, well, only those running Android ;) Windows doesn't even deserve a mention lol but I do hope LG manage to turn their situation around, good luck guys!

looks like LG, SONY, HTC, MOTO are competing who's losing more money and stay alive haha lucky lg, sony have different business while htc, moto are heavily dependant on phones

LOL! That profit is due to their display panels, which are below average as well, but quite a lot of OEMs can't manufacture their own, so they depend on LG and LG obviously profits from that.
LG should die totally, or start making really good products. I would prefer the former.

They put some kind of "High End" H/W in poor Peripherals like Screen, sound speakers, battery..etc enough.. lesson learned
