Don't know about the voting - but got iPhone 6s 64 GB and I am more than happy with it. I finalised two phone 1) Galaxy s6 edge (I liked the look and camera) 2) iPhone 6s 64 GB - After using both in shop I decided to go with iPhone 6s. After using 2 week I can confirm that- I have made right decision. Its true that iPhone 6s and iOS 9.0 is much better than android.
I was using xperia z2 before this.

It says the better phone not the most sold phone. Z5 just came out, presently more expensive than Samsung. How do you expect it to sell more? Keep consoling yourself but try to hide your pain. If so many decide to buy a lesser quality phone it does not affect the reality of a superior phone, it's your money you buy a fake phone if you want. That obviously will make Samsung sell more...

Though far-fetched yet inevitable for Android's survival, iphone will have a serious face-off when Android figure out some way keep itself updated all around OEMs. The trend to update is catching momentum (e.g. HTC, Motorola and Sony already have Marshmallow/betas out), also the comeback from blackberry.
After that, there shall only be 'Features' war. And I seriously doubt that Apple could singulary compete the whole worlds innovations. This will happen, not because of Google's/Android's passion, but its need to survive.

This poll is not about which phone is more popular in some regions among people that don't know what RAM is. (or don't even know what the competition is).
This poll is about which phone PEOPLE PREFER among the readers in gsmarena (and basically all of them are well informed about the competition).

Never going back!!!

The Z5 cant beat anyone in sales because it just came out. By far it is the better phone on all levels. Now that the sheep keep eating Apple Grass and Samsung Straw, that's another thing altogether.

Now, as my name suggests I am a lover of Sony products even when the phone line was Sony Ericsson. I don't like the restriction of an iPhone but love the build quality and camera quality they always deliver. I had Samsung, sold it within the same year. Was no where satisfied as I thought I would be. After that I bought a Z1 when it now came out and I recently upgraded to the Z5. I know their marketing sucks and at the end of the day Samsung sales are a lot higher than Sony's but I'll never go back Samsung. Too many useless, unnecessary features that eventually slows down the phone. I'll rate Sony first, then iPhone. Glad to know ppl can still appreciate Sony products.
