Hi, my phone getting auto lock and screen is gng blank too often, slow charging, wallpapers auto change these problems I am facing. Autolock problem is too much, not able to do basic task.

my Yu Yureka Plus just crashed while i m updating it to Cyanogen 12.0 ..i just downloaded the update file from the official Yu Forum..everything is okay but when updation is finished and i rebooted the phone.. it got crashed.. its not getting on till now.. what should i do..

From the image it seems that the tweet was made on 2nd november and it is 17 december now but no update yet?? whats wrong why isint the update rolling out??? plz take this into cosideration guys the phone is famous for its cynogenmod the most without cynogen its like half worthy its cost PLZ do something
