Anonymous, 04 Nov 2015I really don't understand what millions of people make buy these mediocre phones for a fortune... moreYou don't understand because you're close minded, and you know, some apple fanboys are also close minded (some of those are who hate Android so much), but some others just love the Apple ecosystem, some like the simplicity of iOS, some like the apps that available on appstore, some just feel more secure and comfortable using Apple product(s), and so many different reasons.

Regarding specs, what do you know about specs? how do you judge which one has better specs than the others?
Core numbers? Amount of RAM? Or just choose whichever has highest number in everything?
Have you compared Mediatek Helio X10 with Exynos 7420?
No, not just benchmark, but also real life usage plus niche usage, plus some othe sh*t?
Hell you know, same core numbers but very different performance.

And there are Apple owners that are dumb enough to send their phones to China where all of their data will be downloaded.

Anonymouses, 04 Nov 2015New software update will restrict all the extra GB you just buy. Apple is cruel and evil.I really don't understand what millions of people make buy these mediocre phones for a fortune of money. As I always say, they are just like the piper of Hameln and the rats. As long as there is an bitten apple on the the products, these people would buy anything, for any price. I know, the fanboys will say, it's not about specs, it's about experience. BULLSHIT! There is nothing special about these phones and Apple have nothing to justify these prices. They are just ripping off the people.

Nice! However wont it be like getting a new device? Unless they transfer files over this also makes me wonder about the OS, you could potentially downgrade for example to Jailbreak.

AnonD-421428, 04 Nov 2015This is why I hate Apple's policies, I can't upgrade the RAM on a Macbook Pro!!The non Retina macbook pro allows Ram upgrade -has independent RAm slots, however the Retina mbp and all other Mac portables plus the Mac mini have their RAm slodered on to motherboard(in Apple terms -logic board). A post warranty Ram issue is going to be an exorbitently expensive logic board swap (refurbished). Wise folks stay away from this Apple(deadly).
