Decided to cancel mine. If they can't ship as promised then the phone is probably not ready for prime time.
I will get a Nexius 5X - they ship next day.

yup its true, I live in Australia and I ordered 3 to my usa address but has been delayed. there are not many accessories at this stage really but they have offered the discount.

I'm in Canada and I got an email offering me 25% off an accessorie. Only problem is when I view HTC Canada it says no accessories are available. I did call HTC and the rep said according to his sources it will ship Monday. So guess I'm waiting until Monday to find out?

I Pre-ordered deep garnet and yesterday i received a mail from HTC stating that it will ship in December first week. I called Customer support to change the color but they said its not possible but i cancel my order and place another order. Now the price is $499. Confused whether to wait till December or to cancel the order.

There's Asus Zenfone 2 for $200, Sony Xperia z3 for $380,LG G4 for $420 or even Samsung Galaxy S6 for $500. If you're into HTC, the One M9 is $465 and it's a flagship!!.
