Plus, the text, watch faces and maps look the exact same on both sizes. I have the 42mm SS with the milanese loop, and having compared that with my friend's 38mm, I feel personally though that the bigger version feels a bit less constricted even though the information being shown is same.
I'd recommend the Midnight Blue Leather loop with the Stainless steel case if you're going for 42mm, or the classic buckle or the modern buckle with the Stainless steel case if you're going for the 38mm case.

After 50 years from now, when we will look back, I am sure someone will label Apple as the most ridiculous and funny brand this world has ever seen, and there will be a building somewhere in the world, in Apple's shape, dedicated for their brilliance, and that place will be used as a toilet, publicly.
