Hey GSMArena this is a rooted device and hence this issue is arising..... On stock rom it is not occurring...

It seems as though this is a fault only on a certain batch or if it's an actual real fault. The source seems sketchy to me.

Guys it's not a bug it's a feature, kind of like when you leave a spare set of keys under your mat incase you ever loose or forget your main keys to the house. The Wifi thing is a spare unlock if you forget your pattern.
Please do not comment in this article.

I just checked - this trick doesn't work on my M9. I'm using a Custom ROM though - ViperOneM9 3.5.0 on base 2.10.401.1.

Didn't work with mine. Maybe this bug affects some M9 not all.
