An android phone with a 4.7/8 inch high def screen is a wish come true. Me and dozens of business colleagues/professionals always found a 'mini' phone convenient while at work/client meets. Thus the iphone6 made sense in terms of size and looks but did not appeal in terms of utility.
If samsung manages a 4.7/8 incher with a screen2body ratio of 71% or higher it will be a killer. The idea is not to have just a smaller screen. The need for a sleeker body is more prominent. Of course 1.5 ram will be a deal breaker in an age of 3gb instruments. IOS can cope with 1gb ram but android can't.
Basic h/w needs wud be a high def screen, a gud screen2body ratio, nfc, otg, speakers at the bottom, 2/3gb ram, gps (a-glonass), a long lasting battery. Dont miss on any of these and you can position the instrument ripe for the picking by the same segement that lapped up blackberry's a few years ago.

I think Samsung doing the right thing making phone with all glass metal body design.Samsung galaxy A7 (2016 Edition) should contain a 5.7" display.It will provide the device a very unique identification like note 5 and all the phone lover will love to buy the phone.

For me, SAMSUNG must make speaker design like Galaxy Alpha not like S6. And shape of A3 & A5 design must continues from Alpha. SAMSUNG Galaxy Alpha have beautiful design, but put a glass it is good idea. 😇
What I think is..
A3 (4.5') = A4 (4.7')
A5 (5') = A6 (5.2')
It will look like
A7 (5.5') = A8 (5.7') 😆😉
