Windows 10 Mobile update schedule for older Lumias leaks

It's March now, and still no upgrade. Also, the Update Advisor app, for chacking if your device is fit for the upgrade, has been pulled from the Store. My guess is the upgrade will never come and we are all forced to buy the new expensive Surface phones.

In India what is the schedule of Windows 10 update on Lumia 730 DS. Is some one making us fool. We want exact date of update for windows 10 on Lumia 730 in India in December 15.
