Hey bro, every since Mid of 2014, Samsung has been using this design.
Xiao Mi china is the one inspired by Samsung.

AnonD-411799, 09 Nov 2015looks like ms band 2! dont they have any designers of their own.That in the picture is Samsung Gear Fit released in April of 2014. MS's first band didn't come out until Oct of that year. The product discussed in article is "in work".

So you have serious reading issues on multiple levels.
