Samsung are simply at a loss as to what else they can do to battle iPhone. They've done everything possible, from original design, innovation, to downright copying, yet Apple still has managed to hold them at bay where profits are concerned.
This much effort for too little market profits leads me to conclude that Samsung will soon cut down on their smartphone division.

SAM is not smart when announce S7 end of Feb or Beginning of Mar. Because S7 sell on market may be 2-4 weeks later. That is too late for Christmas, new year and Luna new year. Not many people want to buy old phone (S6 announce a bout 1 year ago) in new year or Christmas gift.
They should announce in Dec and start to sell some days before Christmas. So they can sell from Christmas, new year and Luna new year.
