The main reason I consider Windows Phone sometimes is because it's not as fragmented as android. It's not that I'm missing any features by the delayed updates, but my Note 4 got updated to 5.1 Lollipop shortly after Android M 6.0 was released, Apple updates all phones on the same day no matter if you have a brand new phone or a 2-3 year old phone, but too bad Iphones and I don't get along.

I tried the 950XL in store (Canada) and the phone does look and feel great in real life, and the camera is excellent, judging of the few pictures I took in store.
For continuum to be a success they NEED to bundle the display dock with every device sold.
Ps - when are we getting a formal Windows 10 mobile OS presentation? We've seen the new devices and their capabilities, but no real demo running W10 yet...
Shots from prototype looks Great. (search google for camera magic on windows blog).
It seems that the Lumia 950 (without 'XL' at the end) will be offered by Microsoft (and not only by AT&T how this article says):
The cameras on these will be excellent, as usual. Wonder how they would compare with the current leaders...
