heck if it has hdmi you could take out its battery and use it as android tv device and that would make it cheapest one

Then again, who wouldn't?If I was conveniently shopping in Wal-Mart and conveniently dropped my phone and it broke but the sim card was still conveniently intact, I *might* buy one just to get me through the day (or half day) until I get a real replacement. Otherwise, no, I wouldn't buy one.
