Perhaps it's because the new range of Samsung devices looks nearly exactly like the new iPhone series, also not having a removable battery and no microsd has had me looking at other manufacturers. If you compare the S6 with the iPhone 6 there is not a lot of difference.
Which is why I shall be going elsewhere for my new phone.

There are a lot of different themes from Samsung available for free download. Some look really cool. I'm happy they did this move. But it's still about optimizations and memory management. Samsung is known for its terrible optimization and this is what they need to work on really hard. May be fire some people and hire another one.

It was expectable. Seriously, Samsung - why to put 3 or even 4 Gb of memory if RAM management is still very poor ? To cover lack of optimization? You think people are not smart enough to notice that?
Another issue: Snapdragon equipped Sony Xperias fully charged will stay at 100% charge overnight (if you turn off everything except GSM module). Exynos equipped devices under the same condition will inevitable lose 2-3 percent overnight. It makes about 8-9 % in 1 day or at least 15 % of total charge in 2 days. Honestly - I don't care much about some overheating issues on some devices ( as I'm not playing games, nor watching heavy videos on small smartphone screen) but I do care about battery charge leakage. It's true, you've fixed Exynos a lot and now it's much better that terrible previous generations, but still a lot of room for improvement. Especially regarding standby time and power consumption during light load.
S6 and especially S6 Edge are definitely better devices than previous generations, but they are not affordable for the most of population. But those who can afford them more likely will get an iPhone... The fact that Apple charges huge premium ( which is not a good thing either) doesn't mean Samsung can do the same.

No matter how good will be samsung .. nobody will buy it .. some ppl say yeah it is great but most ppl just buying iphone unfortunately

Though ive been using every samsung flagship every year, im thrilled to read these kinds of news. LoL. This SHOULD serve as a lesson and wake up call to samsung. Your hardware are undeniably one of the best but damn you fall 6 feet under in many key aspects, e.g. sheety bloated software and slow updates. Cant think of anything to why you cant build a good software when other OEMs can do it

of course they will sell so poorly, their products are lousy, not worth buying, if you gonna put a nice hardware, why not release a proper code for moders? why clog devices down with poor overlay? why provide 3 GB of ram then auto kill apps from background quickly? why provide terrible customer care? i had to send a device that had its amoled display wearing in 3 month only to be told that its user consumption, 3 month seriously! it never pay to cheat buyers, now you know.
