I wou... moreThe one series was HTC's one-hit-wonder for a while where HTC would be known for nothing but their 'One Series' and so they are milking the name for all they can get. This phone really should be renamed for something else as a rebranding because the specs are not 'One Series' but following the trend of other Chinese manufacturers in their phones. But you are right, for what they did with the Mediatek processor and such, Its an amazing phone in line with the Redmi Note 2, Meizu Mx5, Ect ect. There is a new fomula that Chinese manufacturers are following and I'm happy to see HTC follow their example. This could save the company.

Say what you will, but i think this phone has really good potential with that price tag. I would get one in a heartbeat.

They really need to do something about their naming convention though, they destroyed the One series as far as brand recognition goes. People won't get excited about it becausr its a One. Just stop it already, try to understand the way your average consumer thinks HTC for christs sake

Taiwan only I guess. Then I can forget its existence and look forward to 2016.
For 2015 HTC is a lost cause.

                    2016 can not come faster...

Anonymous, 17 Nov 2015This sinking ship is desperate, this is ridiculous and fun to watch the company to destroy itself.Actually I am getting suspicious off late, with HTC's recent product launches. Do they really want to get into profit OR are they in a hurry to close the company by showing a huge loss to outside world ASAP?

Now this HTC One M9 line is getting hilariously ridiculous. Although I think this is what HTC One A9 should have been. It would have made far more sense than what they actually outed

In my opinion, the M8 was their last real attractive phone. The ones after that .....
Honestly, I hope HTC find their way back to success.
