Am not surprised by this given Android 6.0's ability to fuse the SD card into the existing on board storage.
Now all they need to is reintroduce the removable battery, and Samsung will be back to their winning ways.
No more of this trying to compete with Apple by trying to be Apple, nonsense!

AnonD-451378, 23 Nov 2015The article said top and bottom.. still two edge, not 4 edge.The news is not saying anything at all about moving the edges to the top and bottom but having edges on the top and bottom too. So left one, right one, top one, bottom one make four edges to me.:)

As you said, I have no idea how that is going to work out. And where will the earpiece, mic, front camera, sensor etc. be? In the display?
It doesn't matter, how many edges they build in. They have to make more out of them. Saving some contacts and lighting up when a phone call was dropped, is not enough.

Little by little we're getting there. The return of the SD card slot is half of it. All that then remains is return of the battery slot or assembly without glue. When that happens I'm again a customer.

That is not even physically possibble nor even practical.

I am a big Note series fan , the only reason I didn't bought Note5 was lack of MicroSD card...!
If the rumors turns out true that the S7 will feature MicroSD expansion slot...i hope then they bring it in Note6 too...!

Rumors everywhere. Very unlikely that Samsung will bring back the SD slot which is bad. And a four-edged display? The two on the two S6 Edge and Plus are already useless, maybe they can improve it in the future but at the moment, just a gimmick.

good if it comes and that removable battery is a must or a reset button as phones do tend to get jammed once in a while

Are you crazy. Sales didnt go down for the note 5. Its on fire. I upgraded from yhe note 3 and i have to say that it was worth it.
