But it would be awesome if Microsoft could make some effort and put Windows OS in it instead so apps like WhatsApp, Skype, fb messenger and instagram could be installed also... Connecting people in a simple way and with hardware that are more sustainable than most Smartphone's... And important is to keep the phone small, like this one.
AnonD-77977, 25 Nov 2015Nokia is coming back :)
This is just beginning...wait and see what more NEW to come by NOKI... moreI just hope that their future smartphones will actually be smart and will not run on Android.
Heck, even Symbian would be a better option than that.
Hii VGA video means 640p or 480p? Plz reply
for the intended audience it is a good phone. Nokia basic phones have a good history of rough usage. not everyone in the world is living with full of money. in India I can see many people earning less than $5 per day. when they buy a phone all they want to use it for is calling and basic music from their favorite movies. and they use it in their work place where they never gonna use a smartphone and the usage is rough. they want phones that last for minimum 5+ years. so cheap smart phones is not an option and with their basic knowledge it must be usable in any conditions. keypad is also needed because of the work conditions. I think you understand the feeling now.
Expensive.

A really like the look of this little phone... But...
-A 5mp camera both front and back. Keep flash on front, that is a cool feature.
-Try to have Windows OS in it so apps like WhatsApp, Skype, Instagram, fb Messenger can be installed also, besides Facebook and Twitter.
-Keep hardware as it is, this is something on the market that is missing, -a small "simple" phone with messaging functions and ability to check mail. That's the most important things on a mobile today for lots of people... Not everyone wants a touch screen...
Nice phone and nice looks, only again no wifi. If it had wifi, it would have been ideal to take such a simple phone on a journey for example. Easy email acces through wifi is much better.
Not bad I have nokia 215 it has very strong battery life, all I do is calls and web browsing(got free data for 4 months, so why not?).
Typed on 215.
So nice to see new phones with Nokia Branding. Forward facing flash is really what is needed, especially on all the new flagships with higher rez 'selfie' cameras
Those who make fun on this device and stating that its from past, please realize that these type of devices are still primary devices for many in developing countries. This can also act as a secondary phone ( no smart phones of this age can give the battery back up these devices can give ). This device primary aim is communication and its does it and the only gripe is absence of 3G.
Also why would anyone buy this when you can get a second hand N95 or decent Sony Ericsson Walkman phone both with 3g at this price?
Just a basic phone but could do with 3g at that price.
is it really important to mention ram for this?
more like iphonix 48 and galaxy s22 coz samsung always have more RAM
yeah yeah. i love selling these phones cant wait to get them in :D
AnonD-162603, 25 Nov 2015Missing 3g and wifiyour right.. 3g is a must these days.. if that was it this phone would be great
