i have purchased one plus X 2 days back . when i am on call the person whom i have call cannot hear my voice after 2 min .. i am facing this problem for every call . Anybody have solution plz msg me .. thank you .

I downloaded the update and when i clicked on install, half the way it said installation failed and then i tried to reboot my phone and it said it has went to sideload mode. Please help me here. My phone wont start. What do i do now ?
