Just follow on XDA Developers. As for the gift, don't worry, the person that gave it to me drives an SLR and i have a Brabus. ;)
Not everyone is poor, sorry to disappoint you..
And just for your info, i have about 800 million downloads in themes i did a long time ago as a hobby for Symbian S60.
Miss the old Symbian days...it was a lot cooler than many current OS
and i bet will be lots better than anything microsoft puts out.

And he is a very grateful guy. Sold a present he got the very next day. How sweet. The person who gave the gift must be very happy to here that.
I would consider buying this phone only if it is a HIGH end device and runs android.
Windows mobile is for non-technical grandmas that only use it for selfies and dialing.
I got as a present the Lumia 1520 and i sold it the next day. That tile menu, the lack of apps and no way to personalize it made me so mad i just had to get rid of it..
So many condescending comments here, like:
"I use Android, because I am not a scrub" or "Windows Phone the best because the other OS is buggy crap"
Is there really a need to bring others down?
Hope they will come in both Windows and Android! I prefer Windows but understand the big masses want Android...

I want to switch to back to Windows but the 950XL's design is horrendous.
If the C1 is released with that design, that'll be my new phone. Hopefully it runs on WP10.
Cheers.

This would be the differential factor above premium build quality (looking at Nokia N1) and reliability of its brand image for a solid and reliable device....
Go for it Nokia! !!
Wow, lot of WP bots here.
Most 3rd-party apps in Windows Phone are low quality, buggy, and less maintained than Android or iOS version.
obviously fake, but still very good prediction how would possible nokia phone look like, probably foxconn produced and intel processor powered so double OS would be possible

I have said this for years after using android on flagship phones, it slows to a crawl and just simply doesn't work. Windows Phone 8...it is as fast as the day i got it!
I am planning to shift back to Windows phone. Android is laggy, messy (keeps apps open even after quitting), resource hungry and complex. Low- and even mid- range phones not updated.
Windows is simple, gets things done, fast, not resource hungry. And yea, I don't need zillion apps, only use 10-15 of them.
😊 , 26 Nov 2015I switched from Android to WP. Even though WP is new to the industry, I found it more useful.and regretfull! i def know you gonna switch back!
People blaming Microsoft for Nokia's fall clearly don't know that Nokia was already in trouble and started to cut jobs because of the low revenue. They couldn't compete with Android, at that time they were using Symbian OS. Only after Microsoft acquired Nokia they went with few Android models with X series. But it was too late. Microsoft's acquisition only slowed down the fall.
A point to note is, there are hundreds, if not thousands of device manufacturers for Android platform. Nokia has to give something unique over other manufacturers. Will it be just a brand name? Can the name alone bring back customers?
Nokia always had killers designs. Having them back in the game could bring drastic changes to the current tile-fashioned line.
