this is called freeeeedooommmmm!!!! apple doesn't have that. HTC brings choices making the users feel free on what they like on there phones. apple is trying to monopoly all things when it comes to technology. its not gonna work people deserves choices not restrictions go all the way HTC smash apple.

HTC FTW!! The reasons Apple is suing is beyond reasonable! Like 'unlocking the device by making a gesture' or what ever it was. Are you kidding me? The US needs to update their patent system.

It's like putting a patent on a car-door: now everybody that makes cars with doors will be sued.

Well, now that we're finding it difficult to battle it out with our competitors on the product front, why not sue them into losses worth of millions instead?

Coolworld, 18 Mar 2010Hard to take sides here,i kinda missed the why Apple feels that way about HTC,but i sure like ... moreLOL such ignorance; if Apple win, they will set a precedent amongst phone manufacturers, which will mean that it will be illegal to have a choice? For example, patenting touchscreens is like patenting the method of using keys to input data - unless it was made by Apple?! So unless other companies pay (usually extortionate) royalties or come up with other ways then we all will suffer as a result.

I hope Apple fail in their lawsuit.

i was gonna list all the flaws but meh, we know them all anyway

so now that HTC/Android/Google have given people what they want Apple pull out the rule book?
