Cortana is supposedly the best voice assistant, and siri is the worst.
I don't really know or care too much about voice assistants though.

Microsoft wants Cortana to be success, then Microsoft needs make Cortana bigger than the system( the so call system wide assistant is crap!) Why would anyone wants to tap open Cortana to open other apps!?!? So, Cortana needs to be bigger and above the Windows phone 10 OS.
