iphone4arab, 30 Nov 2015Why not allow them? BB allowed Saudi Arabia to gain access to its servers !Because Saudi Arabia has a very large user base compared to Pakistan.. Quitting Pakistan did not harm their market base at all that is why they chose leaving instead of delivering the data.

I hate that whenever a government wants to annul civil rights of people that they use terrorism to get carte blanche. Why does Pakistan need access to every business users data? Don't they have proper laws that can allow for warrants where it is warranted. This is about businesses having a secure means to transact. The future is digital and digital currency, with that riding on it why make systems insecure?

In Pakistan they have less than 10,000 users so that is why they can tell the government to get stuffed. Good on them.

BB provided secure communication tools for corruption thats why they are thrown out. Government demanded access to accounts in those cases and were refused. This should be have blocked by PTA itself long while ago.

Blackberry is very well optional in Pakistan and gives premium service to the customers. It is because of people like you who really don't know the basic details of security and other services.
You should be happy BlackBerry dint sell your data to Government.

for those who think BB does not exist in Pak.
Well more than 80% Companies have implemented BB services for there employees.
it is going to have a huge effect.

Black Berry is very limited in Pakistan and also scarcely flourishing around the world.. gone are the days BB was recognized as formal communication point.. if BB can give access to other countries what an irony not to allow Pakistan Government!! This limited scope has already taken the company to the edge of a ledge!!! TC BB....
