AnonD-389018, 30 Nov 2015wasn't the agreement to be expired by Q4 of 2015 instead of 2016?
8mp is not enough, it shoul... morei think u r correct Tanni..
The licensing agreement ends in 2015. It was for 18months (starting april 2014) http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/will-nokia-launch-new-trademarked-smartphones-2016-after-lock-period-microsoft-ends-1471858
If they will have a Windows version of this phone, then I'm interested.
Otherwise, if this is just a rumour and the phone will only be available with Android on it, then it's not worth it.
Uh! How I would love have my nokia back. Nokia handsets are best and this C1 looks sleek and cool. Come quick. Im wating.
I think that C1 will still be relevant in the market if it will be released in the Q1 of 2016 because the phone's specs honestly is so much alike to the flagship phones released in 2014. However, the design really looks cool to me! They should have a similar looking clean design for a flagship phone with these specs...
-5.5 inch QHD
-4000 MAH battery or bigger than that
-4GB of RAM
-Stock Android (latest version when it hits the market)
-Clear Black Display/ Amoled panel will be a good choice as well
-The camera should be similar to what Nokia was known for (Zeiss optics + Pureview Technology)
-The design on this leak should have at least real aluminum sides with glass back
-13MP is fine but if they can make both the front and back shooters with great quality for 13MP then that's good
These are not too much for flagship phones, the things I have mentioned can be found in many flagship phones of today. If Nokia can keep up with the game smartphone OEMs are into now, Nokia will have a chance to regain the title of being the best and the biggest phone manufacturer in the world just like the old times. Quality and service were some of the factors why people used to love Nokia and I still hope that they will really make it big again.
I really hope they don't put m'soft os or highly customize android.. Or they are realy no go for me..

8mp is not enough, it should be 13mp.
Nokia welcome back in field and don't ignore my comment because i am a customer....first thing the design of c1 is nice i hope that the specification will be also good. You can add good camera back and front with latest features. You can also add good gpu with minimum 3gb ram. You can also add body construction is slim and lightweight and last but not is the least user interfaces...thank you
Welcome back to business Nokia! Wish you all the best and success as in the old days. Please don't use windows again.:)
It really looks a bit like the iPhone, especially the side and the back like a SONY but I have to say, as a SONY user!!, this phone looks better than iPhone and SONY ones.
If the specs look nice as well, niiice......
Yup, its first Nokia Phone after the agreement (if you doesn't count the Nokia 230 and 230 dual sim)
