I have no idea what is LG doing!
This is a direct competition to Samsung's J5, even most of the specs are 1:1 the same!
Some of J5's specs are even better than this (Super AMOLED screen and much bigger battery).
This phone costs 230 EUR while J5 costs 200 EUR and less!

Of course we can get OnePlus X or even Two for that, but it's availability is limited and requires an invite. If this LG will be widely available, especially in carriers, can sell well. Samsung's Galaxy A series is popular, so people are ready to pay a bit more for a premium quality (even despite the hardly turbo specs). There is also great Xiaomi Mi Note 3, which delivers far more oomph for about a half of Zero's price, but it's in-stores availability is limited to China and it reaches the phablet territory, which may not be everyone's taste.
