Good to know, I love my Hero and I'd be gutted if HTC abandoned it in terms of software support.

Like i said in 4 days ago: htc Magic is condemned to 1.5... htc simply forget this phone. They say there is no reason to update Magic because 1.5 is very stable. Dont need a Buetooth receiver! Shame on htc. I like htc but this is too much!

Will still buy the Legend. Better screen, more RAM and more MHz makes it a no-brainer. I assume this update woun't add fotoflash to the Hero's camera... :P
