Anonymous, 03 Dec 2015Yes, I'm a little offended by the feature. Its the same as telling us we all own filthy dirty ... moreyou are completely blind to the fact that its hardware is top tier hence why it can withstand relatively harsh environments, but like most people your idea of mid range specs is the typical, soc, camera, display, ram, rom, sd card slot, battery, it pretty uncommon to see hardware have something other than an aesthetic purpose so its hard for you to wrap the price around your head

nice phone. since it is a phone to be used by kids it is nice to have such features. if it is the same company that make very good printers. I saw you have better future. since this type of easy marketing(like wash with a SOAP and hot water, kids friendly) is relativity new in mobile industry

Cool story. I've been washing my Galaxy S5 with soap every now and then. I'm sure the Xperia Z series is capable of this as well.

Maybe my mind is limited, but why would I want to wash my phone with soap?
I have a nice wet cloth for that, no soap needed (stupid marketing).
I'm not against this, because I do like the idea that every flagship phone should be shock and water proof.
In fact I think every flagship should be shock and water proof and this should be standard. I'm not paying ridiculous amount of money in order for my phone to die when I accidently drop it or gets in touch with a few drops of water.
