by changing this OS distribution to manufactures first one is Samsung 22%, second place is apple third huawei then xiaomi, then lenevo+ Motorola, ofcource apple is no. 1 in profit because it's only selling high end phones. Samsung is second here.

They said that Windows downfall is due to "lack of OEM partner support." I've been seeing that some other less popular cheaper OEM's are starting to build phones with Windows mobile OS. That might change the forecasts.

Anonymous, 04 Dec 2015Please re-read the second column (2015* Market Share), then more to the 5th one (2019* Market ... moreAwww I think some anonymous mouse, doesn't realise that Apple only sells high end devices, and that as per the report low end devices will be responsible for future growth in the market. You shouldnt be surprised that Android = low end king. Apple's profit margin will still increase regardless. Their user base will obviously increase regardless. They will still be the king of the corporate world... you guessed it, regardless. Also bare in mind iOS comes from one OEM and one OEM exclusively. Android comes from thousands of separate OEMS. So in response to you statement... who gives a shit?

Market share for google and majority of the profits for apple. Windows phone can go pick up the scraps.
