Micromax service centre is not eligible for yuphoria phone service. They say don't have hardware for yuphoria phone.

Dear I purchased Yuphoria online through Amazon. It was updated when got online updates. It is supporting on 4G Jio data only not VoLTE whereas the same product purchased through Reliance got updates and supporting all Jio features. Please suggest and help improving the same.

after downloading the update, to install the update phone requires restart. But its not starting. Give me any suggestions please

I get a msg., for up-gradation and subsequently upgrade the same. However, post upgrading the same I couldn't get previous contact list. Its shows as "Contact list is being updated". When I go the contact list that msg will come. Actually, since from 5 hours the same msg is coming...I dnt know how to retrieve the old data.......
