Why is it so hard to take a CM based operating system online and working a tiny bit on the kernel + installing Xperia Home™?
I just downloaded the lastest known stable version of CM 13.0 and set the icons/themes to resemble the stock ROM, also removed all kinds of CM connections, then installed Xperia Home over the internet. Now my Xperia Z looks ad works like a Marshmallow-based system.
Bonus points: Pre-rooted ROM, so it's rooted without even bothering to do it myself.
I was one of the most advising ppl to purchase Sony products specially Xperia cell phones.. Now that z1 is not allowed to be updated to 6 then I promise to advise of not dealing with Sony at all.
Add T2 ultra in the update list also..its an awsme phone..the T2 ultra users will b very happy to get the update...plzz
My Z1 is suffering battery drain on lollipop. Please update to marshmallow. TY.
Sony xperia Z1 is expensive than the Samsung galaxy J7 they get Marshmallow update so we should also want Marshmallow update please update it with the Marshmallow by the end of August
Ahmed Afifi, 11 Jun 2016I have the same comment, xperia z still very good, so support your productsMy freaking mobile data won't work on z1 problem with lollipop we want marshmallow #marshmallowforz1
I have Xperia z and this 5.1.1 lollipop it irritates me bcz of fast battery draining. To improve your product Plz make of marshmallow for all Xperia users to improve your product.
It will make to upgrade the all xperia users
Sony is too focused on trying to release the new range of problematic hardware to bother supporting older phones. Afraid I have to replace my brilliant Z1 with another brand next month. Pitty. The X looked promissing, but support is pushing me away from Sony.
Please Sony stop manufacturing delicate products which gets worse day by day..... I dont like the way everyday necessities are compromised in your water proof idiotic products..... So better shut down or pay more in R&D....
