Is update really depending on the country or on the provider? We got 6.0.1 update in the Philippines, it's working as it should but in daily use I haven't seen any difference yet compared to the 5.1 before.

Why? It's about a month that samsung galaxy note 4 n910c is upgraded to android 6.0.1 in so many countries but Iranian people are still waiting for it.
What is our mistake ?

I just upgraded my UK carrier unlocked note 4 N910F to MM. Search for Samfirm software it's on XDA developers. Run the programming on PC. Put SM-910F in the Model box and DBT in Region then check the box marked auto and press check update button. Download the firmware. once downloaded press decrypt button. now you have a firm ware that will flash using Odin. Search for Odin and use the instructions you find for installing the update. obviously all at your own risk but it does not root your phone or wipe it. mines working great. on 6.0.1
