as far as shape is concerned,lg is the king of all cell phone manufacturars. just look at their black label series and GD series. soon they will beat the samsung , htc and co in smart phone race. This is because they are manufacturing some real big guns. just wait for the third quarter 2010.

I have to say, I had an Omnia and it was very good, the problem is, that was a few years ago, and this design is no different, such a shame, because the specs are fantastic (and beat the HTC Desire) - but it does look very boring.
I always go for functionality over form - but sometimes it's nice to have a good-looking phone as well!
Desire might have a rubbish name, but it does look sexy! ;)

It normally annoys the hell out of me when people bring up the iphone in any touchscreen phone announcement, endless cries of 'its an iphone wannabe' and so on.
But the main menu is so blatantly a carbon-copy of the iphones that its an embarrassment, the world's moved on samsung, just look at what HTC are producing for proof of that. I own an iphone and im bored of the OS and looking for something new and the likes of Samsung are still copying a dated handset.

look at their so called "android flagship devices" i.e. i7500 & i5700. follow any of the thread at gsmarena itself. people are crying for product support and no one listens. they are no doubt crap!!!
its so funny their so called "pc suites". i guess by now there are dozens & not even one which can recognize well their own device for upgrade ... lol
if u still wanna get disappointed like millions other go ahead give them chance to earn more from u and give u in return nothing in terms of customer support.
i always used to praise samsung for their value for money devices but not now anymore. i'm ready to spend more and go for rather htc or SEs with better product support which is important than anything else PERIOD
