Think of it like this, you have a petite female using the device, the size of her finger is genetically smaller than that of a male or even a regular sized woman, it would be extremely inaccurate for her to use.

You have to remember that force touching does something, and long pressing does something else, You could try to emulate it sure, but would NEVER get the full experience without the extra hardware.

The shortest is probably less than 0.5 seconds.. And it is error-proof.. 3D touch has a disadvantage where you are not sure how hard you should press.. Sometimes you have to do it multiple times to get the pressure right.. So NO.. 3D touch is not faster.

Thank you Instgram for proving that Apple fanboys' bragging of "3D Touch is magical" is wrong. It is a cool tech but not all that revolutionary.

Ok, awesome! Now it's working now(it fixed itself after couple of hours lol) actually, it's released on Play Store but probably only for beta testers.

I like this implementation better than the 3D touch. More intuitive for me.
