AnonD-352420, 10 Dec 2015Where did you hear ppl preferring the exynos version? Everyone I talked to prefers the snapdra... moreI'm in Malaysia. We does have a snapdragon version on Note Edge. I owned both Note Edge and Note4. Frankly, I will love my Note Edge even more if its using Exynos5433 instead of SD805. Exynos5433 are smoother in navigating UI, more responsive and less hiccups. SD805 in my Note Edge are better at thermal control as my Note4 heat up faster and hotter after 5mins of game play. TBH, I will prefer Exynos5433 over SD805, but i still love my Note Edge more because it is unique.

Nevertheless, compared with the SD 615/617 its of course the better solution, GPU between SD 801 and 805, CPU same as SD 810 at a slightly lower clockspeed. I would even prefer the SD 801 over the 615 because of the much better efficiency and the more than twice as strong GPU

Exynos5433 is more powerful than Snapdragon805 thats why many user prefer exynos than snapdragon version of Note4. Exynos5433 is using Octa Core CPU and can run all 8cores together. The design of the processor are consists of ARM A57x4 at 1.9GHz and A53x4 at 1.3GHz. I'm using note4 exynos version and A7 S615 and I can tell you, S615 is like a poor snail in front of Exynos5433.

This cpu was released in 2014 which is still quite powerful and the gpu is mali T760MP6 which is like 3 times more powerful than the snapdragon 615 one :D Since it's running lower 1080p resolution while note 4 or galaxy s6 have 1440p it beats them in gpu power. The cpu in 5433 is almost the same as SD 615 though.
