Yaaa amazon post that the Prime which they are planning to sell exclusively is a snapdragon but in china its a helio x 10 one which xiaomi is not allow to sale in India with MTK chipset which helio x10 is of MTK. So Xiaomi change the chipset to snapdragon of redmi note /2 prime only for india.

The Old Redmi note 4G is 8Gb internal memory. The Prime version may be 16 GB. however, the rest of spec are same (i guess). no surprise...,

this, 11 Dec 2015this is redmi note 2 and redmi note 2 primemy dear friend get your self updated go to xiaomi twitter account and see it by your self your hart will break as it is not redmi note 2 prime it is simple redmi note prime with 720p display, hate your xiaomi your market will be over in india once letv launch its products and even meizu is doing way better then you in india

It will be a prime version of Redmi Note 4G, which includes dual sim support but same old 720p display & it might be a made in india initiative product. If it is same the specs are outdated & xiaomi is launching a 720p phone at the age of 2k & 4k resoultion.
