Strike comments made me feel either Monday of guys here are experts in the CPUs (SoC). For those who pretending to be expertise in cores, performance, heating....etc, l would like to say that Qualcomm, Samsung, and even Mediatek, are giant companies !!! Save your troll.
By the way SD 810 is still in use.

all i have to say is this and look at this comment when samsung and other companies release devices with latest tech.... sd820 and new exynos will post same performance graphic and power take in count that samsung is supose to be working in a customer core set... wich migh be quad core.... other wise may continue using same big little process... another thing is they real difference will be appreciated with the other tech provided by each chip...where qualcomm has adventages for example modded roms .... having incount this will be customer wont have overheating issues.....a dn battery life should be amazing for the two chip makers ............ i think 2016 will be an excellent year for upgrade our phones ......... the difference in scores will be marked by manufactures their abilities for tweak the socs .......... so now the rest depends of manufactures and novelities .....

AnTuTu 6.0 shown in the pic inflates the scores a lot compared to AnTuTu 5.x, so its not comparable to old scores. I do think 131k is pretty great for new though, probably around 100k in AnTuTu 5.x I would guess.

It could be on the new Antutu 6 Beta that uses a new scoring system. Basically a score of 50k gets blown up to 80k in Antutu 6 Beta so that's a 30% increase than Antutu 5.

While improving the strength of chips is nice and all, the responsibility for better phones doesn't lie solely on the hardware and OS developers. The third-party app makers also have a responsibility to fulfill: Keep it simple, silly (code refactoring).

When comparing chipsets, you shouldn't just compare benchmarks but how much is it consuming power and does it make heating. What's the point of good performance of the chipset if it make your battery last less than 24h. 3 days of battery life should be standard for any smartphone with moderate use.

Doesn't matter who can reach supreme performance, where it matters is "can this performance be sustained for more than 15 minutes".

I personally don't care at all how your phone can do 1440p60 (which it can't by the way no matter what phone it is) if it can only maintain it for 10-15 minutes before throttling like hell. That might be the one and only thing I'll credit the Shield Tablet for compared to anything else - that thing was meant to take a beating with those metal plates spreading the heat and taking it away from the CPU and GPU.

And do you have evidence for that claim? Most of these noncommercial devices usually have lower scores than the real ones in the end if anything.
