They ruined it by switching the OS to Android. BB OS10 was super solid and a real joy to use. I'm disappointed that BB caved in to the pressure rather than believing in their OS.
All they really needed to do was add the most common features that 80% of phone users would use which they were already close to doing (music, good photos app, office suite, maps, etc). And then work on improving the app store. It's a downright complete shame.

You can change layout, style and type multiple languages with on screen keyboard. Physical keyboard has no benefit except in old people with hand tremor who are too clumpsy to type onscreen keyboard. So, I voted not.

A great move from BB before they are over... But i doubt people will buy it... They brought Passport way too expensive and same with priv too...
