yes stocks are pretty much dwindling everywhere for HTC Desire :( rang T-mobile yesterday and they don't expect to receive any new stock til 12th April ! and the Easter bank holiday will delay those wanting to buy a Desire outright til next Wednesday, the only option to get one before Easter would be to buy from ebay, theres a few locked to T-mobile selling that are guaranteeing delivery before Easter weekend, might be worth a looksie! Gotta admit, im tempted ! =D

Fancy callin it 'Brown', thats gonna put people off i reckon. It's closer to 'Gunmetal' I'd say.

I got my Desire from T-mobile yesterday. It is fantastic, I have already downloaded loads of apps from the store and have setup loads of different scenes. It is by far the best phone I have had. I am mostly impressed with the sensitivity of the screen and the clarity of it. It is perfect. The features are easy to get to, the widgets are great and the Sense UI is pefect for any user.

We've seen it before with HD2, didn't we? HTC makes great phone in... small numbers. There's always a stock problem with them. They still didn't switch from business to consumer fully.

Orange told me ages ago they would deffo be selling the Desire (but they were refering to it as a Bravo) Then they said 2days ago that it has gone off of their coming soon system and due to a problem with Oranges own software they will not be selling this handset now.

Then today I read this article, so again call Orange who still insist this phone is no longer on their system and they WILL NOT be selling it? What the hell is going on here? I need this phone and dont want to switch networks or use crappy carphone warehouse or phones 4 U. I just want an answer either way
