What so precious can Window... moreActually people DO use PCs for work, and now a company from across the world is supposed to have access to that, according to EULA. Do you expect all employees in a company with numerous PCs to encrypt stuff to protect their business? Hell, most of them don't even know how to setup email. Next point is that people have paid for their PCs, and for the software, and now it's like they are allowed to use it, but only on Microsoft's terms. Rent-a-computer. It's no better than Apple or Google. Also, some information is sensitive, what is legal in your country might not be legal in another. Free speech? If you think you have nothing to hide, maybe you simply have nothing to say. Then, some people have slow/limited data, and can't afford Windows to use their connection that much, you know how updates are done? Like torrents, every computer is a seeder. Oh, you get advertisements in the start menu too. I could go on, but what's the point?
Luckily none of that is my problem. Enjoy "your" PC.

What so precious can Windows collect, your torrent trackers or porn? If one uses a pc for work, also have the knowledge how to protect/encrypt valuable data/traffic, personal and bank information. So what's the big deal with Windows 10?... NONE.
On the news - very bad it's US only, not because of the albums but because of simple PR and target groups - the world is not just US for crying out loud.
Why is Adele's "25" album not among the top ten? Would've been aweeeesome

Even if telemetry can be disabled, it's enabled again after each update. Sometimes an update even uninstalls some programs. It's ridiculous. I'm lucky that Linux does all I need, but I liked XP and 7 too.
AnonD-472287, 11 Dec 2015Top albums of the year according to who??? As everyone is entitled to group their top 10, 100.... Albums of the year, I believe this is according to Microsoft.

Again US only offers...!

"Basically, if you’re running an older version of Windows, and you haven’t yet disabled the Get Windows 10 app, the prompt linked to the upgrade is now recommending you to install the new OS and even gives you two different options. But unfortunately, the “no” option is not there anymore.
The screenshot that you see here has been posted by PCWorld’s Brad Cachos, who himself received this upgrade prompt and said that although he didn’t press the small arrow on the right edge of the window, finding a way to reject the Windows 10 upgrade was more challenging than before.
This notification offered just two options: upgrade now or start the download and upgrade later. But what if you don’t want to upgrade? That doesn’t seem to be an option anymore, and everyone should get used to it, given the changes planned by Microsoft in early 2016."
So? Why are they doing this? If you haven't been living under a rock lately, I think you know why. ;-)
Anonymous, 11 Dec 2015Good question.maybe the GSMArena say it wrong, made the mistake...he want to say: The worst albuns from 2015, and its because that Microsoft are offering it for free! xD
AnonD-472287, 11 Dec 2015Top albums of the year according to who??? Good question.
I managed to get the deal and i am from Romania, so i think the restriction was removed in the meantime.
DarkReed, 11 Dec 2015Linux and iOS don't have to bribe people into using their OS!Seems ur clearly stupid... Windows is used in most computers all around the world, so why would they need few more people and i'm sure they unlike you know that people wouldn't switch os for just 10 songs.
