I Bought Redmi Note 2 Prime 2.2Ghz 32 GB from Aliexpress. After 40 Days I received the phone with exact spec. But i am disappointed with Batter peformance, Ram management(1GB Dedicated to OS) and heating issue.
Even some bugs are present in the OS like Message view, customization etc...may later they will address...
I have seen the reviews here. But people are thinking in different manner.
As per my understanding why Redmi note 2 and Redmi note 2 prime are not launched in the indian market i will tell now.
    1. Ericcsson patent issue regarding mediatek processor.
    2. Market Strategy...If they launch every product in india people neglect those products and if they give some time may get hype.
    3. India is huge market and if some negative feedback will come, it collapse the entire market. So
They are trying to match most of the indian customer needs like
--Heating issue--Decreased the processor speed, Pixel density and customized os to India
--Durability--Increased the durablity and changed the screen components, Long life.
--Price Tag--Indians prefer to buy low cost phones with better specs..
    --Technology--People adict to latest Technology...

So this is my review...Suggestions are welcome

Dear fellow indians if you have a little bit of self respect just create a riot and stop xiaomi form treating you like low grade customers. you may use mass media campaign to tell xiaomi either sell good products in india or go home.

Xiaomi treating Indians as second class.
many of you don't know xiaomi already got Qualcomm Patent Agreement for 3g 4g Patent licensing
this will allow them to over come the Ericeeson legal issue in India
now they can bring note 2, redmi note2,3 devises in India , but instead of doing that ,
they are bringing shit products to India
you can consider Coolpad note 3 , K3 Note, meizu m2 note,
these are some amazing products with much more capable CPU,GPU, Screen resolution Etc....

AnonD-476377, 14 Dec 2015It's not like I really like this device.. But I still would prefer this to something like say ... moreMoto g3 is by Motorola, not by purely Chinese company who treats us like shit, it gives water resistance, good camera, stock vanilla Android, almost guarantee for updates(no guarantee right now but still gives updates) and if still have problem, buy moto g turbo(snap 615,fast charge, improved water resistance)

Yes nowadays xiaomi treats ue like shit. They launching all good phones at oversees and under rated phone in india. Redmi note 2 and redmi note 3 ( pre order sales ) are already ter in oversees,.. Now only we are getting redmi Note prime. Not even Note 2.. Even we have MI 4 LTE version available at oversees , but in India we dont have that. And Mi 4c also yet to come to India. Stop buying Mi products.

                                Pros
                                -Battery
                                -Screen

                                -Underpowered GPU (for upgraded screen)

Had they upgraded the GPU to match its screen, it'd have been a solid offering but packing the same old SD410 (at a time when Moto G Turbo is sporting the Adreno 405) isn't making the Note Prime look any better than the previously launched Redmi 2 Prime

It's not like I really like this device.. But I still would prefer this to something like say coolpad note 3 or Lenovo k3 note.. I personally always prefer Qualcomm to mediatek as mediatek processors have zero development so you ain't getting any usable custom roms.. also mediatek processors have shitty audio quality and I as an audiophile have horrible experience with mediatek as well as kirin processors.. I believe they have a very similar construction (kirin & mediatek),as I always find their latest offerings to be somewhat similar.. but meizu m2 note has good design hence has appeal..
Also mediatek processors are battery hogs.. even xiaomi quickly released a redmi note 3 wid 4000mAh battry after seeing horrible battry life in redmi note 2 with 3000mAh..
Moto is using Qcom 410 wid moto g3,selling it @13k INR, but nobody complaining..Xiaomi using 410,same specs, launching it in 8.5k INR.. everybody goes crazy and starts screaming - Boycott them, don't buy the device..!! :D
And IMO sd410 has it's own merits against mtk 6752,6753 (other sOcs in india in this range) and can hold its own..
But it doesn't mean that I like this launch.. It's design is completely outdated for 2015end..But somewher down the line I got a gut feeling that it's just for time pass till Mi5 launches early next year.. Be +ve ;)
