(that's not to say the competition doesn't have flaws, but the thing is they don't charge you nearly as much)

And then when I brought up the safety of batteries around your crotch on the power bank belt, there was these super GENIUZZ that came to call me an idiot, that it doesn't happen, that I don't know anything about batteries... OK...

Good to see the seller taking initiative, keeps their reputation higher. A battery isn't a device that simply fails and you lost your product. The failure is sometimes catastrophic.
it IS normal that a failure (even catastrophic ones) can happen, even on the tightest quality control, but allowing this percentage to rise up by low quality isn't acceptable at all.
