I ordered my tickets 3 weeks ago and I imagine some people did the same - some might have had important plans come up and had to resign. Some tickets were probably reserved by companies or came from other initiatives so they got paid for but still, people didn't show up.

It doesnt change that its actually really average movie, and just like rest of SW movies it is full of plot holes and annoying moments.
Only real reason why its get to the top its because of all that buzz before premier and after all its Star Wars... People like old movie series like Jurassic Park, SW, ST
Movie can be really bad or average but thanks to all that talking before premier it get to top.
But remember dear kids... Just because something sell good it doesnt mean its best :] I hope you all remember that.

Surprising how its broken the record considering there was empty seats at a few places.There were empty seats on the 17th when i went to see it and also in a CNET review they reported that there were empty seats too. I suggest people trying to avoid spoilers avoid comments sections on reviews etc. It's been worth waiting for but for some things we gotta wait even longer..that's all in saying.

The movie was better than I expected recommend to anyone to see it,but the story is a little copy of the episode 4
