I feel that Samsung should drop the regular galaxy s models and make edge the norm which will keep its(edge models) price down,but maybe different people have different choices.

My Note 3 suddenly is so nice to use now cos it doesn't heat up as fast and battery last much much longer.

Exynos 7420 was the only SoC that was good this year. All other phones were hot, bad battery, lack of performance and or throttled to hell. Next year it's going to be a much tougher game to play.

Reading the commments of the whining haters of Samsung is absolutely crack up. But definitely agree though, it's the most balanced phone of 2015 (aside from the Note 5 & S6 Edge+).

For my money the phone of the year was the G4. Removable battery,micro SD slot,incredible camera,and swappable leather back covers . My runner up is the zenfone 2 when value is a consideration its a clear winner $299 gets you a lag proof intel processor, 4 gb of ram , and
a nice screen.

The Samsung is good but there is some key issues the others don't have e.g. Poor battery life, no waterproofing, touch wiz, etc. There were some phones that got poor percentages which are on par with the s6

For people those who are asking about Nexus 6P , Note 5 and Huawei Mate S and some other smartphones need to know that this poll is only for PHONES and not the PHABLETS , there will be another poll for all those phablets...!
