            Samsung is master in reverse engineering. Samsung came late after Nokia was ruling the world and then Nokia collapsed and Samsung filled the void.

                  And as far as this go,you can never be sure who is right without reading a bit more about situation. I am no fan of Samsung but I would say they could be right,but even so I think this will be resolved quickly as I don't see either of these companies wanting to give off bad feeling about how they function.
