Marshmallow update rolling out for Canadian Moto X Play - comments

Hi, been using marshmallow in Australian vodafone version. And it's been pretty good overall here. Only utorrent fc"s when you exit, other than than there are a couple of lags here and there, but over all performance is better. I get at least 3 days running between charges during the working week, the weekend is much shorter between charges. But I use a rapid chargers, so it's does not matter. I'm happy with the update

i am using marshmallow more den a week it is really bad update my phone hung everyday , some apps stop working suddenly , some of the option are removed from status bar like screen rotation . battery drains fast its really waste of updating marshmallow .

Why Still I am Unable to get the Marshmallow Update in my moto x play in India !!! Done factory reset, Updated all the apps from google play store & Manually Checked for system update but still I did not get any system Update. Plz Help

I did the MM update too. it really drain the battery faster . but consume nothing when the screen is off . battery drain also happens even if the phone uses data for simple browsing.when it was on lollipop I got a better backup.there no other serious problems on Marshmallow I think. I hope the Marshmallow 6.1 update which is to be released on march 2016 will fix it up.

Released today in Mexico, haven't updated because of all this "draining battery" comments. Anybody knows if it's still happening?

loki, 09 Jan 2016I am using moto x play recently I updated marshmallow after updating battery is draining qui... moreI agree that the battery is draining much faster compared to lollipop. Also the phone restarted twice with out any reason after the update.

I am using moto x play recently I updated marshmallow after updating battery is draining quickly it's not happening only to me even my friends also have the same issues after updating marshmallow in moto x play before that battery back up is awesome but now it's suck the battery I don't know y even battery saver also not good .....
