I will get online Motorola third ganaration phone but now's last previous 5 days my phone having facing upper sliding keys and below minimize and left side key not operated and incoming call band I will go lots of repairs center but problem not solved
So please help me what I do !?

suyu, 10 Jun 2016no incoming calls from yesterday.outgoing is working wht can i doplz help? Try checking your mobile network is not in LTE, just change it to gsm only

AnonD-541521, 26 May 2016I did a factory reset on my Moto G4+ and I ma still unable to receive callsThanks for the information. There is no need for factory reset. Just change the data mode from 4G to 3G and it works !!!

I updated my moto g3 to marshmallow. Guys believe me there is not a single issue its running smoothly, improve battery life, not heating so much normally 35° C, just be careful guys while u installing ur update , 1st move ur apps to sd card then remove sd card, install the marshmallow then insert sd card and just update all apss from Google play store. I never reset my moto g 3 after or before installing Android 6.0.1 , and its running smoothly. Hope this steps will help u. Peace!
