A) Better battery (practically infinite by using spares)
B) More accurate colors when you use the "photo mode"
C) Unlocking the bootloader does not kill the Warranty
D) Better XDA presence (more roms/kernel to choose from)
E) Better camera in everything except low light.
F) Physical buttons, so the phone "chin" is used and the screen seems bigger
Only Disadvantage lack of Micro-SD which implies low storage. It supports OTG though which kind of solves the problem for some.
With Samsung having the crown of best "compact phone" I'd look forward for S6 mini.

i really doubt that anyone can compete with sony for a compact flagship, most companies simply cannot have the tech to support downsizing, only advanced technology and now how allow that. Samsung was never good at downsizing, they always thought thast bifger is better and when they try to reduce size, they do it at the expense of smth else, like the stereo speakers, water resistance, battery capacity,top of the line cpu, big camera, etc...
they never managed to fit all that into a compact size, never will, oneplus has failed too...

Now it's too late , already I bought the S5 New Edition which has 16 GB of internal memory (no Gorilla Glass 3 ) but has slot to expand the memory.

Far to late now S7 is on way. Still good they are doing mini versions though but would sell more if it was a mini version like Sony do.
