Remember Redmi note 3 is running on mediatek helio x10 which might not get marshmallow update as per the list but Redmi note 3 pro which is running on Snapdragon 650 will get marshmallow update as per the list if u want to know if your phone is Redmi note 3 or Redmi note 3 pro you can download the CPU X app on your phone and check your CPU MODEL if its mediatek or Snapdragon thank u hope this helps people who are confused between Redmi note 3 and Redmi note 3 pro and by the way Redmi note 3 pro will get marshmallow update
