otherwise no issue in daily use unless u play heavy games for long time
phone is awesome at this price range
camera is average
and main thing u hv to sacrifice the extrnal micro sd card or a nano sim
we cant keep both so
if u need lots of storage and want to use dual sim phone then go for 32GB variant

Pity that it's an award winning midranger phone of 2015 which is still based on Android 4.4 and we're already seeing Android N developer version released. Xiaomi is really falling into a deep path hole when it comes to satisfying existing customers by giving timely updates. You're going to lose lot of potential buyers of MI5 just because of your "taken for granted" attitude towards existing customers. Stop releasing same old OTA updates with different names and come up with Android 6.0. For that matter, learn from LeEco which is a infant brand but still constantly working on useful OTA updates even though they have relatively less customers. Hell is with you Xiaomi!! :-/

So don't expect an update... moreWow u really show ur ignorance with that statement I mean when I got my mi4i it was a year old and iv had 4 updates already and let's be serious are apple updates so good I mean my cuz iPad went from 6 hours battery life to 4 that's pathetic it should go the other way shouldn't new updates have better code making your device more efficient not worse plus apple love ripping there customers off my mi4i has specs on par with the new iPhone 6s some areas are better like better pixel density and having octacore processor more ram and iPhone GPU being bette4|r etc mi4i £160 iPhone 460 lmao
