The Camera is great. What needs work and will continue to improve is BlackBerry's default camera app.

It is the first android camera app they've produced so expect it to get better with each update.

Their bb10 camera app is great, default settings could be better, but once tweaked there's not another smartphone camera app that I prefer (app not camera).

Compare the two, look at the bills, the star, the lace on the hat, and you'll see that it gets soft at the corners. The Lumia's camera is exceptional.

I wouldn't buy one even if it scored 1000. I'm too in love with my Lumia 950 XL. Yes, we're getting married.

They are officially paid to praise OEMs phones.
                        There's really no other explanation.

Ever since Z5 got on top of their list, their reviews are irrelevant to me.

A strong runners up for the Phone of the Year! And considering it's the first attempt at making Android Device, the future devices by BlackBerry will up their standards more significantly. All the Best BlackBerry =)

I trust DxO lab's results more than the subjective reviews out there. Although S6 has an amazingly consistent and absolutely impressive cam, the video capabilities of the Z5 paired with its maximum potential in imaging (look at gsmarena's comparison and look at the paint brushes...STUNNING DETAIL!), I see why they gave it the title.
