joao carlos, 04 Jan 2016it behooves me to ask why the note3 has not made the update list for android 6 ..... it seems ... moreSamsung is in the phone selling business, they want you to buy a new phone every two years which is the normal upgrade cycle anyway. It's why they're updating most of the last gen phones alongside the current. Note 3 is old dude just gotta face reality.

After that, original software updates from manufacturer will cease. How can you expect a company to support their old phones longer than 2 years?
Or if you really want a taste of Marshmallow, Custom ROMs are your only option.
